Dwayne is the lead pastor of Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC the church he established in 2007. The church is also part of Acts 29 Network, where he is the Director of Pastoral Care. Dwayne has also a passion to train the next generation of Biblical counselors. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition.
